»TTV Guide« is an ongoing EU-funded scientific research study initiated by Gregor Bond, MD, PhD, from the Medical University Vienna and carried out in 6 European countries.
The aim of this clinical trial is to establish a new tool to quantify the immune system in kidney transplant patients and thus reduce infections and rejections. In the future, the potential impact could be significant for transplant patients in general: Reduction in infections, organ rejection and graft loss.
Our main design focus was thus to develop a visual language that easily explains the clinical study in a consistent identity—for both the patients as well as the research team. This visual language and set of illustrations serves as the basis for the project identity and the multilingual communication media. Therefore we produced an animated explainer video together with Judith Holzer.
The opportunity to work across disciplines and to combine the best skills and knowledge from these two fields creates added value on both sides.
